BOLT CA Glues

All Bolt CA glues are intended for bonding glass, metal, rubber, wood, plastic materials, etc. They will not glue teflon and similar materials. The air in each bottle has been replaced by a protective gas to ensure the maximum shelf life for the glue. Each bottle comes with a special applicator which eliminates gumming up.

Hot Bolt Ultra Thin Low Viscosity CA Glue (Bolt-300 to 303)

Bolt Low Viscosity Ultra Thin Ethyl Cyanoacrylate glue is recommended for gluing parts that fit exactly together (maximum gap allowed of 0.05mm). The curing time is 1 sec. This glue is ideal for gluing where capillary effects will allow the glue to penetrate the joint - it has excellent penetration ability. It works where other glues do not glue well (ie: with porous materials). It is ideal for gluing an assembly by applying a drop onto the joint and allowing capillary action to distribute the glue.

Bolt Medium Viscosity CA Glue (BOLT-320 to 328)

Medium viscosity (Medium) Ethyl Cyanoacrylate glue recommended for gluing parts with a maximum a gap of 0.15mm. The curing time is 5-15 sec. This glue can be used for gluing by applying and pressing parts together.

Bolt Thick High Viscosity CA Glue (BOLT-330 to 338)

High viscosity (Thick) Ethyl Cyanoacrylate glue recommended for gluing parts with a maximum gap of 0.50mm. The curing time 15-30 sec. This glue is acceptable for gluing by applying and pressing parts together. For quick curing BOLT-UP™ Accelerator should be used. Ideal for balsa and porous materials.

Bolt Thick High Viscosity Flexible CA Glue (BOLT-341 to 344)

High viscosity (Thick) Ethyl Cyanoacrylate flexible glue filled by black color rubber. This glue is recommended for gluing rubber and softened plastic materials, where the original flexibility must be maintained. Especially recommended for gluing rubber “O” rings, carbon and fibreglass constructions, wood and similar materials.

Shock Bolt Thin Flexible CA Glue (BOLT-350 to 353)

A clear low viscosity (Thin) Modified Ethyl Cyanoacrylate. SHOCK BOLT™ is a Flexible CA glue recommended for gluing parts with a maximum gap of 0.1mm. Ideal for gluing the parts stressed by vibration or temperature shocks. Recommended for gluing tyres to wheel discs of slot and RC cars.

Shock Bolt Medium Viscosity Flexible CA Glue (BOLT-356 to 359)

Shock Bolt is A clear Medium Viscosity Modified Ethyl Cyanoacrylate glue. This is a flexible CA glue recommended for gluing parts with a maximum gap of 0.02mm. It is ideal for gluing parts that are stressed by vibration or temperature shocks. It is recommended for gluing tyres to wheel discs of slot and RC cars.

Bolt CA Adhesive Gel (BOLT-541)

This thixatropic CA glue is recommended for gluing where the positioning of the parts to be glued makes gluing very difficult because the joint is such that other glues would flow or drip of the parts. This glue is the ideal solution to this problem - because it does not flow down even if the joint is vertical. It is recommended for gluing ply walls in fibreglass fuselages or for similar jobs. It is able to glue parts with a gap up to 0.7mm clearance.
